Returns and Refunds Policy

At Birdz Golf, we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to have a positive experience with our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Please read the following information carefully. 

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Due to the nature of these products, any used or opened packages will not be returned. We proudly offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@birdzgolf.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.

  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in resalable condition. Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note the following conditions and restrictions:

  • The 30-day money back guarantee applies to eligible products in their original condition, with all accessories and documentation included.

  • Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to [21 Days] for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Malfunctioning Balls and Store Credit

We understand that golf is a sport with its own unique challenges. While we cannot offer a warranty due to the nature of the sport, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with malfunctioning golf balls due to manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team at support@birdzgolf.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide reimbursement in the form of store credit. Our team may require additional information or evidence, such as photos or a description of the issue, to process the reimbursement.

Please note that this policy applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
